Travel to Caustic Hallow
Go to the east side of Moosewood and find the Flying Dutchman. Talk to the Dutchman Captain to sail to Caustic Hallow. Once you arrive, head to the fountain area and talk to the Pumpkin King.
GamesHorizon lists the Pumpkin King near GPS coordinates -14576, 146, -9673. Treat the coordinates as a convenience, not a requirement; the fountain is the visible landmark.
The three Pumpkin King tasks

The Witch's Ingredient comes from the goblin events that spawn every few minutes. Complete the goblin's short task and choose any ingredient reward. You only need one.
The final task gives you five Spooky Markers. Place one at the main dock of each location: Moosewood, Roslit Bay, Snowcap Island, Castaway Cliffs, and Forsaken Shores. The order does not matter.
Rewards and the Hollow ticket
Turning in the final marker task awards Fisch's own rewards: XP, Treats, Frightful Caskets, the Pumpkin Mask accessory, the Pumpking title, and the Pumpking badge. The Hollow checks that badge for its Fisch ticket.
Rejoin The Hollow after the quest. The ticket counter should recognize the Pumpking badge and pay the Outskirts reward. The hub may list Fisch twice because of the duplicate counter bug; one completion checks off both rows.
What not to confuse with the Hollow quest
Fisch has its own FischFright 3 event and a separate Headless Horseman questline. Those are not the Hollow objective. Use the Pumpkin King's three-part quest, not every Halloween NPC on the island.
The All Things How check on October 24 could not find a Hollow-specific panel in Fisch. GamesHorizon later mapped the Hollow ticket to the Pumpking badge. The badge link is the useful part; the exact in-game panel may differ by update.
